Medford Police Hosting 'Faith & Blue' Community Event

The nationwide initiative aims to facilitate partnerships between law enforcement and the community through local faith-based organizations.

MEDFORD, MA — The Medford Police Department will hold a community event called "Faith & Blue" on Saturday, Oct. 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the City Hall parking lot.

The nationwide "Faith & Blue" initiative aims to facilitate partnerships between law enforcement and residents, community groups and businesses through local faith-based organizations.

This year's event will be co-hosted with the Shiloh Baptist Church. It will feature food, music, car seat inspections, a bike rodeo, peace walk, vigil and more.
