Medford Resident Named Hallmark Health Employee of the Year

Ken Babin has been named Hallmark Healths 2010 employee of the year.
Babin, a food services cashier at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, was recognized by his co-workers for his compassion and his ability to make people smile, according to a press release from the health company. Babin has work with Hallmark Health for nearly 30 years.
Babin goes the extra mile, regularly volunteering as a disk jockey for Hallmark Health events like the annual Stride for Health walk, according to the release.

Hallmark Health’s Rewards and Recognition Team, a group of employees that aims to give recognition to deserving employees, picks the annual employee of the year. Babin was selected after reviewing 12 nominees, according to the press release.
Hallmark Health operates Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford, Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, and several medical centers in the region.
