Medford Schools Get 100 Backpacks From Members Plus Credit Union

Superintendent Edouard-Vincent said the partnership with Members Plus helps the MPS "better meet the needs of our district."

MEDFORD, MA — Members Plus Credit Union donated 100 backpacks filled with school supplies to the Medford Public Schools.

Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn and Superintendent Marice Edouard-Vincent stopped by Members Plus on Sept. 23 to accept the donation.

"It is partnerships like these that help to make the Medford Public Schools able to better meet the needs of our district. We appreciate their continued support," said Edouard-Vincent said.

Thirty of the backpacks were given to the Malden Y at the Medford Clubhouse on Forest Street to assist Medford students who attend the after-school program.
