A convicted Level 3 sex offender is back behind bars for removing his GPS device and contacting an underage girl, <a href="http://bit.ly/1NM6V9e" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">The Sun Chronicle</a> reports.Peter Campobasso, 32, of Medford, was released from prison earlier this year after he was found guilty of trying to entice a 12-year-old girl into sending him nude images of herself.Campobasso has been ordered to serve an 18-month prison sentence for attempting to contact a different underage girl. Prosecutors say he removed his GPS bracelet in April and tossed it in a Boston trash can.When asked if the allegation against him was true, Campobasso reportedly told the judge "absolutely."Campobasso was first arrested in April of 2014 by Mansfield Police.
