The new venture, which first was announced in 2018, will include many family recipes and feature the cuisine of the brothers' home state of Veracruz, Mexico, according to Boston Magazine.com
According to the publication, the menu at El Tacuba will feature Veracruz-style seafood dishes, like grilled sea base with olive, caper and tomato sauce. There are also a number of ceviche options and bacalao (salt cod), plus tostadas and tacos and non-fish dishes like platano macho, a fried plantain stuffed with beef or cheese.

Tenoch started in Medford Square in 2012 and is located at 24 Riverside Ave. Alvaro Sandoval said he and his brother were excited to open a new spot in the area.
"We love Medford and the people who have supported Tenoch over 11 years," Sandoval told Boston Magazine. "We think the square has the potential to truly be a destination.”
In fact, Boston Magazine said the brothers already have plans to open another restaurant in the area.
