Medford residents looking to dispose of documents can bring them to City Hall Wednesday for a free shred. The City Council approved a resolution from Councilor Paul Camuso earlier this year to hold a shredding event, and Mayor Michael McGlynn has set it for Wednesday, May 9 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at City Hall. Security technicians from Universal Shredding will be on hand with shredding and security equipment, including a video surveillance system, according to a posting on the city's website.
