On Friday, Mystic Valley NAACP President and attorney Neil Osborne announced his name will appear on the ballots for Medford City Council during the fall election. On Friday, Mystic Valley NAACP President and attorney Neil Osborne announced his name will appear on the ballots for Medford City Council during the fall election.
