Here are some of the items the city council is expected to discuss during its Tuesday, Dec. 6 meeting at 7 p.m. at city hall: <ul> <li>A resolution to discuss the permit process for dumpsters and moving storage bins on public property (submitted by councilor Michael Marks)</li> <li>A resolution calling for an update from the city's Health Department  on the number of licenses granted to massage parlors and salons in Medford (submitted by Breanna Lungo-Koehn)</li> <li>A request from Maury Carroll asking for the city council to reverse a denied sign permit for the planned new restaurant at 21 Main St. The original permit was denied because it exceeded the number of allowable signs and exceeded size limits.</li> </ul>
