The Melrose Zoning Board of Appeals will hear an appeal from The Scrivanos Group, owner of the Dunkin Donuts in question, at its meeting on Wednesday, July 28 at 7:45 p.m. in the Aldermanic Chamber at City Hall.
The Scrivanos Group is seeking relief from two city zoning ordinances: the permitted uses for the zone where the Dunkin Donuts is located and the site plan review process.

The rear of the Dunkin Donuts currently has a small driveway for cars parked on the right of the building to circle around the building and exit the parking lot.
