Drivers in Melrose will save even more on gas this holiday season. Prices are at their lowest in Massachusetts since spring of 2009.Gasoline prices in Massachusetts are down two cents from last week, and also are at the lowest point of the year, according to AAA Northeast. The continuing drop in crude oil prices and strong supplies are the primary drivers of these lower prices, AAA said.AAA's surveyed prices in Massachusetts on Dec. 14, finding self-serve, regular unleaded averaging $2.04 per gallon.
