Melrose Cultural Council In Need Of Multiple Members
The MCC has three vacancies.

MELROSE, MA — The Melrose Cultural Council announced Tuesday that it needs to fill three vacancies. It will be accepting applications between Monday, March 10 and Friday, April 25.
According to the Council, it is looking for applicants with experience in web design, digital marketing, publicity and media relations, community outreach, graphic design, grant formulation, or event management.
Terms on the MCC last three years, and residents can serve a maximum of two consecutive terms. Resumes and letters of interest can be emailed to melrosecultural@gmail.com.
The Council is the city’s local affiliate of the Massachusetts Cultural Council, and is in charge of identifying and supporting programs that foster creativity and inclusion.

“Projects that speak to the experience of Massachusetts artists and audiences who identify as BIPOC, Latinx, LGBTQIA, immigrant, or live with disabilities, are favorably considered,” the Counci said in a statement. “We prioritize projects with broad public appeal and impact that are presented in a variety of accessible settings.”
