Melrose Early Voting Begins Saturday, October 23

There will be four days of early voting.

The following was submitted by the City of Melrose:

In-person early voting will take place the City Council Chamber located on the first floor of City Hall (562 Main St.) on the following dates:

  • Saturday, October 23rd, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Monday, October 25th, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Tuesday, October 26th, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Wednesday, October 27th, 9:00 AM – noon and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Registered voters can also cast their ballots by mail, or in person on Election Day:

Vote by mail - submit a vote-by-mail ballot application to the Melrose Elections Office.
Applications are available on the City of Melrose website (www.cityofmelrose.org/elections) as
well as on the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s website (www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/elepdf... Vote-by-Mail-Application.pdf). Ballot applications may be submitted in person, by mail, emailed to elections@cityofmelrose.org, or dropped into the secure ballot drop box located behind City Hall. The deadline to submit a vote-by-mail application for the upcoming election is October 27, 2021 by 5:00 PM.

In-person on Election Day – on November 2nd residents will vote at the temporarily consolidated polling location - Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School gym complex (entrance is 90 Melrose Street). Polls are open from 7 AM – 8 PM.
