According to a Thursday morning update from the City: <ul><li>The Council on Aging is closed.</li><li>The Melrose Public Library and City Hall are open, but power issues are affecting phone lines and computers. Call the City Yard Storm Center at <a href="tel:(781)%20665-0142" value="+17816650142" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">781-665-0142</a> with any problems or questions.</li><li>Trash and recycling pickup will be delayed by one day: Today's trash will be picked up tomorrow, and Friday's will be picked up on Saturday.</li><li>Some traffic signals around town are out as more than 400 households across the city remain without power.
