Attleboro Man Charged With Exposing Himself On Milford Trail

The Attleboro man faces several charges, based on two incidents, that include exposing himself and annoying and accosting women.

MILFORD, MA—An Attleboro man is facing several charges after he allegedly exposed himself to several women on a trail in Milford.

On Tuesday, Sept. 4, police received a report that a male was on the Upper Charles River Trail behind Interstate Battery, and exposed himself to several women who were walking on the trail. One of the women saw the man and began to follow him until police arrived at the scene. The victims were at the scene when police arrived and identified James Antonizick of Attleboro, who was then arrested.

Antonizick was charged with the following offenses: Open and Gross Lewdness; Disorderly Conduct; and Disturbing the Peace.

A second victim came forward after the arrest and told police of an incident that happened on June 26, 2018, when Antonizick was allgedly seen exposing himself on the Upper Charles River Trail in the area near Louisa Lake. Antonizick , at that time unidentified, exposed himself and began making noises, in an effort to draw the victim’s attention, said police.

Based on that incident, Antonizick will be charged with additional charges of: Open and Gross Lewdness; Disorderly Conduct; Disturbing the Peace; Annoying and Accosting Sexually; and Lewd and Lascivious Conduct.
