Alternatives is organizing a free, Fall Family Fun Day Saturday at Milford Town Park. The Whiskey Church and Velvet Skies 80s cover bands will rock the park and a host of activities — including a moonwalk, face painting and a Halloween costume contest for both children and adults — will be offered.  Milford Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts will also be offering refreshments. The event is from 2 to 6 p.m., with the Halloween costume contest starting at 3 p.m.This fun family oriented event is free, but donations are welcome.
