Foxwoods MA to Hold 'Get to Know Foxwoods' Employee Information Sessions
The manager of recruitment for Foxwoods Resort Casino in Ledyard, CT will be in Milford Wednesday.

Crossroads LLC d/b/a Foxwoods, MA will host a series of information sessions [beginning Wednesday, July 24] featuring employees and executives of Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut. With over 7,000 employees and a twenty year history of successful operation, Foxwoods in Connecticut has provided individuals with careers in hospitality, finance, information technology, natural resources and environmental management, security and compliance, human resources and many other areas.
During each session, to be held at the Foxwoods Massachusetts office, 88 Main Street, Milford, a Foxwoods employee will give an overview of their role within the organization and career path. In many cases, these employees started early in their careers at Foxwoods and have become senior executives. The intent is to illustrate the many job and career opportunities a Foxwoods resort casino will provide in Milford, with the opportunity for visitors to ask specific questions about a Foxwoods career.
“Compared to other casino proposals in Massachusetts, we have the advantage of being right down the road,” said Scott Butera, Foxwoods President and CEO. “People looking for jobs can come visit us in Milford and learn firsthand about a career at Foxwoods from employees who are nearby. We hope this will inform people about the wide variety of opportunities we have to offer, the training we plan to provide, and the local hiring preference we are committed to.”
The first “Getting to Know Foxwoods” will be Wednesday July 24, featuring Scott Ferguson, Manager of Recruitment, Foxwoods Resort Casino. Scott will be discussing positions available, the recruitment process and training programs. The public is invited to the Foxwoods office at 88 Main Street, Milford from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm for the session.
