MILFORD, MA — A man in Milford is now facing charges after witnesses said he was openly watching a pornographic video in an IHOP, according to the Milford Police Department.

One witness told police that the video could be heard throughout the restaurant. She said that when she asked him to lower the volume, she saw the explicit content on his phone and said that his hand was beneath a napkin over his genital area.

“This type of depravity has no place in our community,” said Chief of Police Robert Tusino. “Family establishments should be safe, welcoming environments, and we will not tolerate this kind of lascivious behavior.”
