Milford Highway Dept. Announces Fall 2014 Leaf Pickup Schedule

Fall is officially here, and the Milford Highway Department has released the town’s fall 2014 leaf collection plan and schedule for residents.

The pickup program begins Nov. 3 and ends Dec. 5. Residents who wish to have leaves picked up should rake them to the edge of their sidewalks or front property lines. The Highway Department, however, asks that residents do not bag leaves or rake leaves onto the sidewalk or into the street.
