Milford Man Charged With OUI, Motor Vehicle Homicide

He was wanted on a warrant out of Arlington.

MILFORD, MA — A Milford man who was wanted for a motor vehicle homicide was arrested on Tuesday.

Robert Laspesa, 41, was wanted on a warrant out of Arlington for motor vehicle homicide while operating under the influence of drugs. He was held without bail, and transferred to the Arlington Police Department for arraignment on Wednesday.

“Our department remains committed to keeping Milford safe by conducting in-depth investigations regarding crime inside and outside our community,” said Milford Police Chief Robert Tusino. “We are serve the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and no wanted individual will find sanctuary in Milford.”
