Milford Regional Medical Center Announces Free Fall Lectures
MRMC surgeons will share information on reflux disease, cosmetic surgery and prostate cancer.

MILFORD, MA – Milford Regional Medical Center will be offering three free lectures to the public this fall with our surgeons sharing important information on reflux disease, cosmetic surgery and prostate cancer.
- Thoracic surgeon Daniel Wiener, MD, will present “Feeling the Burn: Living with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease” on Wednesday, October 19 at 7 p.m. Dr. Wiener will discuss the causes of GERD, how to manage the symptoms and the available medical and surgical treatments.
- Facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon William Recupero, DO, will present “A Fresh Look: The Latest on Facial Cosmetic Surgery” on Thursday, October 27 at 7 p.m., during which he will discuss the changes in skin and facial features as we age and the surgical and non-surgical treatment he offers, including facial fillers such as Botox and lifts.
- Urologist Jeffrey Steinberg, MD, will discuss prostate cancer and the latest treatments in “You Have Prostate Cancer. Now What?” on Thursday, November 17 at 7 p.m. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men and Dr. Steinberg will discuss the symptoms and treatments such as radical robotic prostatectomy and radiation therapy, as well as how to manage the impact prostate cancer and treatment will have on your life.
The public is encouraged to attend and the doctors will be available to answer questions following each lecture.

All of these free lectures will be held in Milford Regional’s Physicians Conference Center located on the ground floor of the main building, 14 Prospect Street. Registration is required, as seating is limited. Please call (508) 422-2206 or visit milfordregional.org to register.
