Milford Schools Give Free Screenings For Kids With Disabilities

If you suspect your child may have a disability, Milford schools provides screenings and evaluations.

MILFORD, MA—If you suspect your child has a disability, Milford school officials provide a screening and evaluation to determine that, and then figure out what best to do.

Schools provide these screenings in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities ACT (IDEA 2004) and Massachusetts special education regulations, and are available to children between the ages of 3-21.

The purpose of the evaluation is to determine eligibility for special education services. This notice applies to children residing in Milford who attend either public or private schools.
