Police Log: Fox in the Playground
The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, Sept. 19
7:28 p.m.: A man walked in to police headquarters and reported his wallet had been stolen from him at Planet Fitness.
9:33 p.m.: A woman asked police to remove her boyfriend from the house. They had been in an argument, she said, and she'd asked him to leave several times. Police responded. The man was removed.
Friday, Sept. 20
2:16 a.m.: A Toyota Camry was repossessed on Water Street.
8:38 a.m.: A man reported he had been threatened by a homeowner. Police determined it was a civil issue.
8:41 a.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Main Street, police were seeking a summons to charge Valarie T. McColgan, 23, of 7 Plain St., Apt. 3, Milford, with operating an uninsured vehicle, having no inspection sticker and failure to wear a seatbelt.
9:19 a.m.: A woman walked in to police headquarters and said she had lost her wallet, and the credit cards had been used.
10:47 a.m.: A caller said a fox was in the playground at Woodland Elementary School. The animal control officer was en route.
