Police Log: Motorcycle, Vehicle Collide on Purchase Street
The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, they do not indicate conviction.

Monday, Sept. 29
At 2:55 a.m., Milford police received a report from a caller that someone had allegedly taken the keys out of her vehicle’s ignition during the previous day, though nothing else had been missing from the vehicle.
At 5:47 a.m., a caller reported to police that a man with an orange shirt was laying down on the sidewalk near Tony’s Collision on West Street. A second caller reported that the man was breathing, but was unresponsive. Officers responded and found the man, as well as another man, on West Street, transporting both parties home.

At 7:51 a.m., police received a report that the rear of Milford High School had been vandalized.
At 8 a.m., police received a report of vandalism at Prospect Heights Park.

At 8:14 a.m., police received a report of vandalism on the rear side of Walgreen’s on Prospect Street.
At 10:58 a.m., a caller reported to police that a potentially rabid raccoon was in the area of Pine Island Road, with the animal eventually moving off into the woods.
At 12:16 p.m., a resident reported to police that his truck had been broken into three weeks prior and planned to prepare a list of items that were taken from within the vehicle.
At 6:19 p.m., a caller reported a breaking and entering with possible entry through a window of their home on Pearl Street. Multiple items were reportedly taken.
At 6:36 p.m., police received multiple reports of a motorcycle colliding with a vehicle near Peter’s Market on Purchase Street. A LifeFlight helicopter was requested to transport a victim, but the helicopter did not travel due to the weather. The victim was subsequently transported by ambulance to UMass Medical Center. Reconstruction teams responded to the scene to investigate the cause of the crash.
At 9:37 p.m., police arrested Marilyn Kedski, 54, of Milford, for shoplifting of more than $100 by concealing merchandise and for larceny of more than $250 at Kohl’s on Medway Road.
