Saturday, Sept. 1
9:05 a.m.: Call from 70 Water St., neighbor says her neighbor's tool was stolen.

11:43 a.m.: Animal complaint, 234 Congress St. Gold lab, friendly, has collar for electric fence, but no ID.
1:41 p.m.: Person from 15 Country Club Lane calling to speak to an officer in regard to his landlord possibly harassing him.

8:27 p.m.: Disturbance reported, Dunkin Donuts
8:40 p.m.: Fraud reported, 138 Congress St. Walk in wants to talk to officer in regard to fraudulent activity on her bank account. Herman Herring, 31, Beaver Street, Framingham, was arrested and charged with larceny under $1,200
9:18 p.m.: Disturbance, 20 Whitney St. Caller says woman is screaming. 214 reports it was a child playing video games.
9:21 p.m.: Noise complaint, 7 West Fountain St. Caller reporting a noise complaint in the above area, reports hearing loud music and whistles bells and horns.
11:17 p.m.: Disturbance, 22 Spring St. Caller reporting he was just in an altercation with a few males over a noise complaint. Requesting to speak to officers.
