Two women from Needham were injured after being struck by a falling tree branch on Sunday morning, police say.Police officers responded to Nehoiden Street at May Street around 10 a.m. after receiving a report of the incident.The two women were walking in the area when a large branch came crashing down on top of them.Both victims were transported to Beth Israel Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.The Needham Fire Department assisted police officials at the scene.
