3rd OUI, Package Theft: Needham Police Log
The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

September 7
5:15 p.m. - An officer was traveling on Highland Avenue and observed a motor vehicle with a defective tail light. The officer stopped the vehicle. After a short investigation the operator, 28-year-old Thiago Pereira of Everett, was arrested for a default warrant out of Malden District Court and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, and defective equipment.
7:10 p.m. - An officer was dispatched to the area of Hawthorne Avenue for a reported drunken man operating a motor vehicle who had hit two parked vehicles. Upon locating the vehicle, 48-year-old Sean Kenney of Needham was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (third offense).

10:15 p.m. - An officer responded to a Coolidge Road address for the report of juveniles ringing doorbells and running away. The reporting parties showed me security video that was captured of the incident. After a brief investigation the juveniles in question were located. They were advised that such activity was inappropriate. Their parents were contacted, the juveniles were picked up, and they went on their way.
September 8

7:00 a.m. - An officer was dispatched to a 2nd Avenue residence for report of a motor vehicle break-in. Multiple iPad accessories were stolen from an unlocked vehicle overnight. The incident is under investigation.
1:15 p.m. - An officer responded to a Woodbine Circle residence for a report of package theft. The items had been recorded as arriving on Sept. 6 at approximately 1:30 p.m. The items have not been accounted for and the matter is under investigation.
