The representative for the 13th Norfolk District is holding off a challenge from Needham resident Ted Steinberg. With 100 percent of precincts reporting, Garlick has beat Steinberg, <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2018/09/04/us/elections/results-massachusetts-primary-elections.html#" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to the New York Times.</a> The 13th Norfolk District covers Needham, Dover, and two precincts in Medfield. Garlick was first elected to the Massachusetts House of Representatives in 2010.
