Helping Residents In Need: Needham Community Leader

NEEDHAM, MA — Without community leaders, Needham wouldn’t hum along nearly as smoothly as it does. We’d miss their contributions in big and small ways.

Patch has partnered with T-Mobile to recognize these often unsung community leaders and celebrate their contributions.

This submission comes from Sue Robey Biasizzo, a Needham reader who nominated Hannah Burnett.

How do you know this community leader?

I have known Hannah for many years. She is our public health nurse. Through our partnership we, especially her, have helped our residents get help and local resources that they need.

What does this community leader do?

She connects our residents in need with many different local programs when they don’t know where to turn.

Why do you believe the community leader should be recognized or honored?

She would never blow her own horn but I believe she should be recognized for all she does.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?

How invaluable she is to all the residents of our town.
