How did Needham native Aly Raisman do on last night's episode of "Dancing with the Stars?"
In the second week of the competition, Aly Raisman and her dancing partner Mark Ballas performed the quickstep on Dancing with the Stars last night.

The judges gave her a lot of positive feedback, and gave her 8 points each, for a total of 24 out of a possible 30. Combined with last week's score, she's got 45 out of a possible 60.
"Best quickstep of the night," said judge Carrie Ann Inaba. "You, Aly, are really bringing the ballroom style into your movement."

"It was like watching a magical little bluebird on full flight." Commented judge Bruno Tonioli, "your personality shone through."
The team of Aly and Mark came in third out of last night's scores, with the teams of Zendaya Coleman and Val Chmerkovskiy, and Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough both scoring 26 points each.
While the judges rate and rank each couples' performance during the program, viewers can vote for their favorite duos to stick around. Phone and text voting closed 60 minutes after the show, but online voting at both ABC's website and the DWTS Facebook page remain open until 11 a.m. Tuesday.

This week, fans can also vote for their favorite couple to return tomorrow night for an encore dance on Twitter using a hashtag, #encoreNAME. So, #EncoreAly.
Raisman and the rest of the Season 16 cast return for the Results Show live broadcast tonight at 9 p.m. and—one dancing couple will be voted off by a combination of judges' scores and viewer votes. The Results show will also feature musical guests Josh Groban and Icona Pop.
