The following reports were provided by the Needham Police Department from Dec. 26 - 28. Charges where mentioned do not indicate a conviction. Thursday, Dec. 27  <ul> <li>At about 4 p.m., police responded to a hit-and-run crash where a tractor trailer unit had hit and knocked over a traffic light. The driver then continued without stopping, but a witness was able to get a description of the vehicle. Police are investigating the matter.</li> </ul> Friday, Dec. 28 <ul> <li>A Great Plain Ave address reported a hit-and-run crash at about 11:30 a.m. Police responded and spoke with people involved. </li> </ul>
