A Needham teenager will be heading to court after police caught him trespassing and operating a vehicle without a license early Wednesday morning.At 1:45 a.m., an officer spotted a vehicle with its headlights on in the rear driveway of the Town Forest, a wooded 200-acre park.The driver was considered to be trespassing, since it was during after hours. As the officer approached, the driver attempted to leave, but was stopped.Police identified the driver as a 16-year-old resident from Needham. A brief record check revealed the operator was unlicensed.The teenager was criminally cited for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. His parents were notified and responded to the scene. He'll be summonsed to court on a later date.
