An 86-year-old woman from Needham was cited for multiple traffic violations after blowing through a red light and failing to stop for an officer, police say.On Monday, around 12:15 p.m., an officer observed a motorist on Highland Avenue pass through a red light without stopping.The officer then attempted to stop the motorist, but she kept on driving for some time, police say.The woman finally recognized the pursuing officer and pulled off to the side of the road. She was cited for a red light violation and failure to stop for a police officer.
