2. Patrick C. Forde Good Person Memorial Award presentation

Needham Youth Services' will present the Patrick C. Forde Good Person Memorial Award to Steve Blomberg. The Needham Youth Services award a Needham adult who, on a volunteer basis, has enhanced the lives of Needham youth and families. The presentation will take place 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Needham Public Library.


3. Board of Selectmen meeting

The Board of Selectmen will meet Tuesday, Jan. 26 at 6:45 p.m. They will discuss parking permits, parking meter fees and locations and the fiscal year 2015 proposed balance budget. For the complete agenda click here.


4. Trustees of Memorial Park meeting

5.  Needham Youth Services' Babysitter Training Seminar

Needham Youth Services' Babysitter Training Seminar begins Thursday, Jan. 30 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. This is the first session of the three sessions. The remaining sessions will be held Feb. 6 and Feb. 13 with a snow date of Feb. 27. Students must attend all sessions to receive their certificate. The seminar costs $45 and will take place at High Rock School.
