Police Reports: Rock Thrown Through Car Window

A Booth Street resident reported that someone threw a rock through the rear window of his car sometime overnight between Saturday, Oct. 13 and Sunday, Oct. 14.

Wallet Found, But Debit Cards Missing 
A Rhode Island resident contacted Needham Police on Sunday, Oct. 14 to report that he had lost his wallet while at Panera Bread, 100 Highland Ave. The man said the restaurant manager had called to say they had found the wallet, but when he went to retrieve it, he discovered that two debit cards were missing. The cards were later used to make fraudulent purchases.

GPS Stolen From Vehicle 
A Booth Street resident reported that their vehicle was broken into sometime overnight between Saturday, Oct. 12 and Sunday, Oct. 13. The vehicle had been left unlocked. A Garmin GPS valued at $100 was taken from the glove box.

Tree Limb Damages Vehicle 
A tree limb fell on a vehicle in the area of South Street and Stonecrest Drive on Monday, Oct. 15 at 1:48 p.m. No injuries were reported, but the vehicle’s windshield and the window of the rear driver’s side door were smashed. The vehicle was towed, and the driver notified her insurance company.
