SEX OFFENDER LIST: Where Do Needham's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Needham has three Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in town, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ‘high risk’ to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

Stephen Bradway, 51, works on 114 1st Ave. in Needham. Convicted of one count of rape and abuse of a child in 1981, one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age in 1985, one count of rape of a child with force in 1985, two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age in 1992 and two counts of rape of a child with force in 1992.

David Ranelli, 39, works on 4 Arlington Rd. in Needham. He was convicted on three counts of dissemination of matter harmful to minors, three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age and five counts of rape and abuse of a child, all in 2004.

Angelo Whitfield, 58, works on 88 Lawton Rd. in Needham. He was convicted on one count of O/S indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age and one count of O/S rape and abuse of child, all in 1981.
