Our culinary inspiration and much of our produce come directly from Saltbox Farm, Chef Ben's family farm built in Concord, Massachusetts in the 1940s by his grandparents. With ingredients grown right on the farm, and other local businesses, we are proud to uphold Concord’s agricultural heritage, cultivating a sustainable future. Our team serves the greater Boston area, the Berkshires, Cape Cod, and beyond, including New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine, and Vermont. If you're tired of getting ready for work in the dark, remember—there is light at the end of the tunnel. Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 4, bringing more sunlight to your mornings but less to your evenings. When Daylight Saving Time ends, we all "fall back," so don't forget to set your clocks back one hour. Many electronic devices, such as computers and cell phones, automatically adjust when Daylight Saving Time begins or ends. When you change your clocks in the fall and spring, it's also a good time to change smoke detector batteries and make sure these devices are in working order. Arizona, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa do not observe Daylight Saving Time. Thinking ahead? Daylight Saving Time begins again on March 10, 2013.
