2023 Newton Parking Permits Delayed Due To Vendor Issues: Police

Police said 2022 resident parking permits will remain valid for the time being.

NEWTON, MA — Newton’s resident parking permits set to take effect for 2023 have not yet arrived in town due to issues with the permit vendor, according to the Newton Police Department.

Permits from 2022 will remain in effect, as a result, at least through the end of January, police said.

Newton Police announced the issue last week. They shared their message on permit delays again on Tuesday in a statement posted to social media.
