Constituent hours, a spring concert, kids' night out and more.

1. Constituent hours. Alderman Stephen Linsky will be at the Newton Senior Center today from 8:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. to talk with constituents. No appointment is necessary.
2. The YMCA today will hold its spring concert in which Rock Band Class and private lesson students perform. Doors open ad 5:30 p.m.
3. Energy Fitness & Gymnastics is holding another Kids' Night Out event -- which actually means Parents' Night Out. Children will enjoy supervised play for a couple of hours tonight. Check out details and pricing.

4. The Off-Leash Working Group will meet today at 9:30 a.m. at Newton City Hall. Continued discussion of expanded off-leash options is on the agenda.
