Boston Marathon 2013 Explosion: Social Media Reports

According to scanner reports, Newton Police have been asked to keep lookout for any "suspicious packages" along the marathon route. 

The Newton Fire Department reported via Twitter this afternoon that the Boston Marathon has been canceled. All runners still in Newton are being redirected to shelters.
