The city will officially kick of the holiday season with its annual ﻿<a href="http://www.ci.newton.ma.us/Parks/ArtsParks/pdfs/2010-HolidayLighting.pdf" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Holiday Lighting Celebration﻿</a>.  The event, which begins at 4 p.m., will include a community sing-a-long with world renowned song leader Nick Page.﻿ The mayor will start the season off by flipping the switch for City Hall's holiday lights.
