NEWTON, MA — The state Department of Transportation is implementing temporary lane closures on the Massachusetts Turnpike, according to a report from <a href="https://www.boston25news.com/news/local/bridge-replacement-close-lanes-cause-major-delays-mass-pike-officials-warn/CAICZTNIOZH6LENBBWH4VKDKSI/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Boston 25 News</a>.The closures will be on exits 123 and 125 so progress can be made in the Newton/Weston bridge replacement and rehabilitation interchange project. The first closure is scheduled to occur on the weekend that begins Friday, May 30. The second closure is on the weekend of Friday, June 20.
