Newton Pediatrician Suspended: Inappropriate Accusations Made Against Him
The doctor has been accused of making unwanted physical contact with female family members of patients.
NEWTON, MA — The Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine has suspended a pediatrician’s license after accusations of unwanted physical contact with his patients’ family members were leveled against him, according to a report from NBC 10 Boston.
Dr. Jonathan Benjamin reportedly has “broken boundaries” with multiple female relatives of his patients. Benjamin can appeal the decision within one week of the suspension. He has been practicing medicine in Massachusetts for more than 40 years.
