NEWTON, MA — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation announced upcoming overnight closures for ramps connecting Interstate Routes 90 and 95 between Friday, Feb. 7 and Wednesday, Feb. 12.The ramps from Route 90 eastbound and westbound to Route 95 southbound will be closed from 10:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. on both Feb. 7 and Feb. 8. They will not be closed on the night of Sunday, Feb. 9 and into Monday morning, however the closure will resume nightly From Monday, Feb. 10 through Wednesday, Feb. 12 between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.The closure is being enacted to allow for work as part of the more than $300,000,000 Newton/Weston bridge rehabilitation project."Drivers traveling through the affected areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution," MassDOT said in a statement.
