Massachusetts' top court issued an order to restore pay for suspended Newton Judge Shelley Joseph, who faces obstruction of justice charges for allegedly helping a man escape ICE custody at her court.

Video Of Framingham Police Raid Prompts Criticism

Video of a police raid at a Framingham home last week raised questions about how officers conducted the operation. The video showed an officer saying he needed to enter a family's residence to "secure" it while a warrant is finalized. At one point, another officer threatened to shoot the family's dog after it lunged at him:

Dunkin' announced it will release its pumpkin coffee and fall menu absurdly early this year — Wednesday to be exact. The company will roll out its pumpkin menu at restaurants in eight cities, including Boston.
