Our culinary inspiration and much of our produce come directly from Saltbox Farm, Chef Ben's family farm built in Concord, Massachusetts in the 1940s by his grandparents. With ingredients grown right on the farm, and other local businesses, we are proud to uphold Concord’s agricultural heritage, cultivating a sustainable future. Our team serves the greater Boston area, the Berkshires, Cape Cod, and beyond, including New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine, and Vermont. NEWTON, MA — A Weston teenager and Waban Life Scout has made a donation to the New England Center and Home for Veterans (NECHV) in Boston.Carlie Briere, a member of Boy Scout Troop 209 ,was inspired by her many family members who have served in the military and chose to help NECHV for her Eagle Scout project. Over the last few months, Briere has raised nearly $17,000 and put together 250 gift bags for veterans that include warm clothing, a towel, toiletries, and more. On Monday, Briere and her father, John, who is a 30-year veteran of the National Guard and also an Eagle Scout, delivered the 250 gift bags to the NECHV.
