At 5:47 p.m. John P. Campbell, 33, of Hull, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of a special regulation on Montgomery Drive.
At 11:28 p.m. Lee D. Morrison, 46, of Plymouth, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, witness intimidation and domestic assault and battery.
