At 1:05 p.m. Josette A. Roy, 33, of Pembroke, was arrested on a warrant for larceny by check and distributing a Class B substance.
At 5:45 p.m. Silvonei H. Viana, 38, of Plymouth, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of a special regulation.
