- On Saturday and Sunday is Roslindale Open Studios. More than 100 artists displaingy and selling their work in more than 40 locations in Roslindale Village. 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Learn more here about locations and artists with the Roslindale Open Studios brochure.
- Volunteers are needed for multiple locations for Roslindale Open Studios this weekend. Email Janice Williams at janice@artfulgift.com if you might be available.
- Like swing dancing? Boston Swing Central is swing dancing every Friday night. Come on down to at 8 p.m. for authentic jazz from the 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s from New York to New Orleans. Cost of admission is $10.00.
- On Saturday is Roslindale Congregational Church's Harvest Fair 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Roslindale Congregational Church, 25 Cummins Highway. This year is especially exciting as the event will take place on the same day as Roslindale Open Studios, and the handcrafted items beautifully represent Roslindale's local talent. Lunch, snacks, and raffle items from local businesses.
- Voting ends today at 5 p.m. for Patch's Pet Halloween Costume Contest. Check out these cute animals in their costumes.
