The St. Michael Cemetery was founded in 1905, and continues to be an active cemetery in Roslindale. Situated on Canterbury Street, bordering Walk Hill Street and American Legion Highway, St. Michael's has many "closely lined rows of headstones, with ornate statuary, carvings and the personal effects of those who rest," according to <a href="http://www.stmichaelcemetery.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">St. Michael Cemetery's website</a>.  Check out some photos from St. Michael's, a non-denominational cemetery.
