Police were called to the Stony Brook Commons apartment complex by security personnel, who told police the suspect was seen trespassing at 131 Highcrest Road. Security provided officers a copy of the trespass order, according to a Boston Police report.

Without security personnel, officers could hear music coming from the apartment, but no one answered the door after knocking.

Eventually the suspect opened the door, and police asked for her name, and whether she was aware that she was trespassing. The suspect allegedly said, "Yes I know I am not supposed to be here." She told police she was getting some things.

With the trespassing notice in hand, and the suspect admitting she knew of it and was violating it, police arrested her.
